👋 I’m Kya (rhymes with now I’m FREE-ya) - Founder and Chief Mamma Jamma at Momma Healer. My mission is to help you heal your heart, whether that be through the therapeutic aspects of art healing, natural wellness resources, alternative healing therapies, or healing retreats with me here in The Bahamas. I believe that you can heal you heart, even if you’re in the pattern of repeatedly building walls up to keep from getting hurt again.

Girl, I understand this first hand. I know what it's like to be desperate to put down painful baggage and move on from broken dreams. And needing to be able to do it with a little human in tow.

I was a frazzled, hurt, super busy single mom, who needed to find a way to make the most of me and my son’s time together. Luckily, we were already a pretty crafty household, but I wanted to take it up a notch and amplify my goal of our healing and mental wellness. The resources that I was finding online were subpar, many were rather vague, and missing vital information (materials, age best suited for etc.) . . . so I created the plans and programs that I wished were out there!

Momma Healer was born to provide you everything you need to take the same joyful journey of self-discovery and connect you with like-minded mom's ready to heal.

Trust me, Momma. The hard times won’t last, and you can create positive memories with your little ones while you heal.
