Signs of Inner-Healing

Ayo! Wanted to share some things that I have become witness to on my healing journey.

A lot of us expect a defined "moment of arrival". It never comes.

There will be moments of peace and then the relapse...your goal is to extend the peaceful moments for as long as possible and do the work to keep the relapse from keeping you down as long. 💪🏽

The scariest part of healing is admitting you are hurt. To feel unable to keep the mask on. To constantly internally question if the people around you can see the disconnect between the smile on your face and the deadness in your eyes. (until Tyra thankfully taught us all to "smize")

📈 Healing is not linear.

Here are a few ways that I can see healing in myself and others:

- Validated by inner wisdom
- Asking for help when needed
- So over fuckboys and time wasting in general
- Practicing boundaries
- Self-awareness
- Increased healthy relationships (including chopping the bad ones)
- Inner Knowing
- More patience with themselves, others, and the process
- Increased self-compassion
- Less negative self-talk/quieting the inner critic
- Making room for the 10 components of wellness
- Increased self-worth
- Less shame/guilt/anxiety

Which have you witnessed and which are you working on?
